Questions and answers
Do you ship outside of Raleigh?
Yes. Home Connect ships products throughout the United States. Shipping options and costs are calculated through the website and at checkout where applicable.
Do you install flooring or cabinets?
Home Connect currently focuses on supplying materials rather than installation. For flooring projects in the Raleigh area, we can help connect customers with independent installers when available. We do not currently install cabinets.
Can I order cabinets online?
Yes. Home Connect offers cabinet products along with a paid 3D cabinet design service. The 3D design fee is $225, payable before design work begins. It is separate from the cabinet purchase, is not refunded, and is not credited toward a cabinet purchase. In-home takeoffs, where a project needs one, carry additional fees.
Can you make stair treads from my LVP?
Home Connect fabricates custom stair products from compatible LVP. Not every LVP product is suitable for fabrication, so compatibility must be confirmed. Customers can ship or drop off material, and finished products can be shipped throughout the USA.
