At Home Connect, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely processing of
your orders. Below, you will find the details of our shipping procedures and estimated timelines:
LVP Pickup and Fabrication (SnapCaps Policy)
We offer a prompt LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) pickup service within one business day of the request.
After pickup, the LVP is shipped to our warehouse for processing and inspection.
Once received, we will fabricate stair treads or caps according to the specifications.
The completed items will be shipped back to the client within 7 business days following fabrication.
Please note that as we are not a shipping company, transit times may vary. The provided timelines are estimates based on our standard procedures.
Flooring Orders
Flooring orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt.
Delivery is typically completed within 1-5 business days, depending on the client’s location and courier
availability.
Cabinet Orders
Flat-packed cabinets are shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is processed.
Assembled cabinets are typically ready in 2-3 weeks unless there are manufacturer-related issues.
Please note, we are not liable for delays caused by such manufacturer issues.
